The apartment is located in the historic center, in the Riviera area, 150 meters from the sea and a few meters from the Church of Saint Lucy.

Just 10 minutes walk from the island of Ortigia and 15 minutes from the Archaeological Park.

A few steps away there are also bathing facilities and the beautiful cycle path, from where you can admire a long stretch of coast and the volcano Mt Etna in the distance.

My guests can take advantage of the entire apartment, consisting of a bedroom in the mezzanine and a comfortable sofa bed for two people located in the living area. The spacious and fully equipped kitchen has got everything you might need to cook a delicious meal. Up to 4 people can stay inside the apartment, and also enjoy the wonderful garden. The outdoor space furnished with table and chairs is the perfect setting for a peaceful evening meal.

The villa is newly renovated but maintains its authentic style. All mod-cons and fully equipped kitchen. Good Wi-fi connection and Air Conditioning system. Safe and quiet neighbourhood in the historical center.

Entering the apartment, there's the living area with a comfortable double sofa bed. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The bedroom is on the upper floor.

The laundry room is in the backyard.

The garden is large and sunny, with lemon and orange trees, cactus and a carob tree. You can also enjoy a patio with table and chairs for relaxing.

Guests can park their car in front of the entrance of the villa.

My guests can enjoy the entire apartment, where up to 4 guests can be welcomed, and the beautiful garden, with outdoor furniture in the summer. And many oranges and lemons to be hand-picked straight from the tree in the winter months :-)

We value our guests' privacy very much. For this reason, the apartment is equipped with a key-box so that guests can self-check-in into the apartment.

The apartment is a few steps away from Piazza Santa Lucia (Saint Lucy Square) and from the church of Santa Lucia al Sepolcro, in the heart of the historic neighbourhood called La Borgata.

The old town center (Ortigia) is at a 10-minute walk from the apartment, same as the Archaeological Museum. The Archaeological Park is at a 15-minute walk.

It is easy to rent a car, scooter, e-bike or bicycle to discover the city.

If you will be coming by car, you can park the car right in front of the entrance of the villa, in a calm and safe street.
